This is a link to a fascinating article about different projects in San Francisco that never came to pass. We went to the AIA (American Institute of Architects) office today to tour their exhibits of some of the projects. The most fantastic one was a rendering (shown here) of “Folding Water”, a project to help mitigate the effects of the rising sea levels with climate change.
